Who we are: Wotton Made is a small handmade business based in Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire.
What is collected: When you place an order, your name, delivery address, email address or social media username, and details of your order are collected. This website has no forms and collects no personal details itself. The website host (WordPress.com) may record basic, anonymous visitor statistics and use cookies to do so.
Why: To confirm your order, take payment, post your parcel, and deal with any questions or returns. Your details are not used for marketing or sold to anyone.
Who sees it: Only the companies needed to complete your order: Evri (delivery), SumUp (payment), and the messaging service you use to contact Wotton Made (Facebook, Instagram or email).
How long it’s kept: Order records are kept for up to six years, as required for business accounts. Messages are deleted when they’re no longer needed.
Your rights: You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing info@wottonmade.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
